About Cari

Cari Fund is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and emotional healing. With a mission to inspire others to turn their pain into potential, Cari encourages women to become the people they were born to be and the parents they never had. Her work centers on helping individuals heal, break cycles of generational trauma, and step into their fullest selves.

Cari holds a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition & Foods from West Virginia University. Her professional path is as dynamic as it is impressive. She spent over a decade in the beauty industry in New York City, where she built brands, worked behind the scenes, and developed and sold her own skincare line. More recently, she dedicated eight years to corporate social media management, collaborating with clients across the beauty, fashion, and celebrity restaurant industries.

Currently, Cari is writing the book she was born to write and actively cultivating a vibrant community on her Instagram platform, which focuses on toxic parenting awareness and healing. She also hosts Surviving Roots: A Crash Course in Turning Pain into Potential, a podcast that dives into stories of resilience, healing, and personal growth. Cari is not afraid to let the world see her trying, inspiring others to embrace their journey, no matter how imperfect it may seem.

Born in West Virginia and raised on a horse ranch, Cari’s upbringing shaped her grit and resilience. Now based in Miami, she balances her life as a devoted mother to her daughter and son while juggling the chaos of motherhood without external help. Whether attending PTA meetings, supporting her children’s extracurricular activities, or navigating the complexities of modern parenting, Cari does it all with an unfiltered authenticity that resonates deeply with her audience. Most days, you’ll find her in workout clothes, sporting a mom bun, and eating lunch in her car.

Cari is dedicated to helping others heal through life’s painful experiences, including the wounds of generational trauma. She believes that even the hardest challenges can be transformed into opportunities for growth and empowerment.

Cari lives in Miami with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. She has created the life she always dreamed of by courageously turning her pain into her potential, proving that even in life’s messiest moments, transformation is always possible.
